We embrace diversity by valuing the uniqueness of each individual and being committed to equal opportunities for all.Position OverviewThe Category Management Manager is responsible for driving category growth together with our customers where BDF has captaincies, through strategic planning, market analysis, product innovation and partnership with key stakeholders.Your TasksCategory Strategy Development: Develop and execute the category strategy that aligns with overall company and customer goals, looking for market growth and profitability.Product Portfolio Management: Within category strategy define the correct portfolio for the customer.Retailer and Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with key retail partners and customers.
Collaborate with them to develop category growth plans.Financial Performance: Monitor the financial performance of the category, including main KPIs such as Sell Out, Profitability, and Market Share.Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the central point of contact for all category-related initiatives, including launches and 4Ps recommendations with a Category point of view.BPU's:
The Catman Manager is responsible for 3 Business Units (Cosmetics-Nivea, Healthcare-Curitas, Derma-Eucerin) from a customer perspective; internally the focus isNivea with strong collaboration with Derma and Healthcare teams.Your ProfileAt least 5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Shopper Marketing/Trade Marketing, or Category Management areas, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Good knowledge of Trade in Mexico (SSS, Pharma desirable).Proven experience in matching brand strategies and channel strategies, translating them into execution through strategic planning and market analysis.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
