Hiring a Contact Center Supervisor-Bilingual (English/Spanish) in Mexico City, Mexico.
As the Contact Center Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Cross Border Services Operations within the Contact Centre to ensure that support delivered to customer meets established product/service standards and follows the company Contact Center policies and procedures.
THE SKILLS SET NEEDEDBachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferable in Business Administration/ Communication.Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in financial services industry and/or Customer Service environment.Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.Extensive knowledge in the cross border/money transfer network deep understanding of the payment's processing flow.
