Hiring a Contact Center Senior Representative-Bilingual (English/Spanish) in Mexico City, MX.
As the Contact Center Senior Representative you will be responsible for providing service and support for company products and services directly to customers and ensure service standards are me. You will also be responsible for engaging via telephone, email, or other developing channels like chat or through other social media platforms. You will also act as the voice of the customer by sharing reoccurring issues and opportunities for services improvement with management team.

THE SKILLS SET NEEDED
- College Degree preferable in Business Administration/ Communication
- Demonstrate experience in customer support.
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
