Job DescriptionSenior Solution Architect, Salesforce Commerce CloudAs a Senior Salesforce Commerce Cloud Solution Architect, you'll be at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions that address our clients' most pressing business challenges.
You will be the trusted advisor, crafting robust architectures and pioneering the implementation of cutting-edge Salesforce Commerce Cloud features and best practices.As a customer champion, you'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and drive transformative results by leading large-scale implementations and offering technical leadership across projects.What You'll Do:Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of complex, enterprise-level Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions.
You will ensure that your designs align with industry best practices and client needs.Drive continuous improvement through new techniques, tools, and solutions that elevate both client and team performance.Work cross-functionally with Salesforce and industry partners to drive product adoption, ensure client success, and scale knowledge across teams.Mentor teams, provide technical leadership, and guide them through successful project delivery.

and strategic planning.QualificationsYour Skills & Experience:Mastery of Salesforce Commerce CloudProven leadership experience, managing teams, and mentoring talent in complex, large-scale projects.Experience driving business growth by identifying client needs, providing strategic solutions, and developing proposals.Experience in leading enterprise-wide initiatives and handling multi-phase projects for large, global clients.Set Yourself Apart With:Certifications in Admin, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and ideally Platform or specialty areas (e.G., Marketing Cloud).Additional InformationAvailability to travel:
