The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the Profit and Loss (P&L;) of the region, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of financial dynamics within this competitive landscape.What will you do in this role:Business Development:Spearhead the expansion of our trading platform in the Mexican market.Identify and cultivate relationships with high-value clients and Introducing Brokers (IB).Implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and market share.Client Retention:Develop and execute retention strategies for existing clients.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and support.Marketing Strategies:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to the Mexican market.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.Who are we looking for:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance,
