**Job Title: Remote Real Estate Assistant**We are a dynamic real estate team based in Los Angeles, CA, seeking motivated and skilled Remote Real Estate Assistants to join our team.
As a real estate assistant, your primary responsibilities will include cold calling potential clients, managing contracts, filing documents, and following up on leads to ensure a smooth workflow.
**Key Responsibilities**:- Conduct cold calls to generate leads and schedule appointments for property viewings- Assist in preparing and managing real estate contracts and agreements- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and contracts- Follow up with clients and leads to ensure excellent communication and service- Provide administrative support to the real estate team as needed- Keep accurate records of calls, appointments, and client interactions- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency**Requirements**:- Experience: Previous experience in real estate, telemarketing, or administrative support is not required, but a willingness to learn is essential- English Proficiency: Must have C1 or C2 level fluency in speaking, reading, and writing- Skills: Excellent spoken and written English skills are essential- Equipment: Must have a computer, fast and reliable internet connection, and a headset.
We will provide necessary software tools.- Availability: Must be able to work the specified hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST)**Additional Information**:- Training will be provided to familiarize you with our services and operational processes- This is a long-term position with opportunities for growth based on performance- Fast hiring processWe look forward to hearing from you!Pay: $9,000.00 - $16,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
