.SUMMARY:The 3PL Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our third-party logistics and Mexican Customs operations.
This position requires a strategic thinker with strong sales acumen and a comprehensive understanding of the logistics and customs industry.

Duties and responsibilities may be assigned or reassigned to this job at any time and may be modified to reasonably accommodate an individual with a disability or for other reasons.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following areas.- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth in the 3PL sector.- Identify and initiate contact with potential clients.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.- Prepare and present sales proposals to prospective clients.- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.- Track and analyze sales metrics to guide future sales activities.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Training & Experience):- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or 3PL industry (Mexican Customs, supply chain management, or a related field)- Strong network of potential clients within the logistics industry.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish, with proven negotiation abilities.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Sales Metrics:
Track and analyze sales metrics to guide future sales activities and strategies.- High school diploma or G.E.D.
preferred- One to three months of related experience and/or training preferredLICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS: No specific licenses or certifications are required, but certifications in business management (e.G., MBA), leadership, or industry-relevant credentials are advantageous.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.- Ability to take and follow instructions.- Ability to give instructions and obtain compliance from assigned personnel.- Ability to perform other assigned tasks.- Ability to maintain good health and physical condition sufficient to allow full performance of the duties of the position.- Ability to maintain a good and positive working relationship with all co-workers and other contacts.- Required to comply with all JAMCO policies and procedures.- Ability to follow all telephone courtesy rules in all telephone communications.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work in a climate-controlled environment closely with others and alone with traveling required
