Business Development & Recruitment CoordinatorPosition Objective:We are seeking a Business Development & Recruitment Coordinator with experience in the energy, Oil & Gas, or related sectors (Engineering, Construction, Chemical, Industrial, etc.)
to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for prospecting new clients, business development, and managing specialized recruitment processes, coordinating the team of recruiters, and contributing to the company's strategic growth.Key Responsibilities:Business Development:Identify and prospect new potential clients for Recruitment Services, RPO, and Headhunting in the energy sector and related areas.Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients,
ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.Explore new markets and sectors to expand the company's client portfolio.Sell Recruitment Services, RPO, and Headhunting services, presenting tailored proposals and solutions.Recruitment and Selection:Lead a team of 4-5 recruiters, assigning vacancies and overseeing the candidate search and selection process.Manage the closing of vacancies, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.Conduct searches for highly qualified candidates using recruitment tools and techniques.Strategic Management:Report directly to the Business Development Manager, providing updates on the progress of commercial and recruitment activities.Develop strategies for professionalizing the recruitment area and improving processes.Contribute to team growth by fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.Requirements:Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in business development, client prospecting, and specialized recruitment in the energy, Oil & Gas, or related sectors (Engineering, Construction, Chemical, Industrial, etc.
).English:
Advanced level (essential for communication with international clients and candidates).Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate new business opportunities and close deals.Leadership: Experience managing recruitment teams, with skills to motivate and guide a group of professionals.Independence: Ability to work autonomously, maintain an active client portfolio, and manage it proactively.Results-Oriented: Focus on achieving commercial and recruitment objectives, with a strategic and solution-driven mindset.Expectations for the Candidate:Be proactive and independent, capable of generating their own client portfolio and contributing to the growth of the specialized recruitment area.Demonstrate a 360° approach,
