70 Colonica Centro Delgacion Cuauhtemoc Mexico City 6010***This role is based in Mexico City, Mexico***Our Finance team serves as a critical business partner responsible for managing all global activities related to financial performance, accounting, and tax.What will I be doing?As Accounts Payable Analyst, you would manage and perform all Accounts Payable operations of our Mexico and Caribbean Managed hotels in the continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain accurate control environments.
Specifically,



you would perform the following duties:Record Accounts Payable transactions to any Hotel's stakeholder, including suppliers, Government Agencies, Ownership GroupsEnsure Accounts Payable transactions are complying with local regulationsEnsure invoices are correctly recordedReview and control batches for paymentsTrain Hotel teams on Accounts Payable processes and Hilton Suppliers' PortalReport to Accounts Payable SupervisorWhat are we looking for?To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:6 months minimum of related experience, including internships (Example: Accounting, Bookkeeping)Work a hybrid office schedule based in our office in Mexico City, Mexico a minimum of 3 days per week.You are proficient in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:BA/BS Bachelor's DegreeWHAT IT IS LIKE WORKING FOR HILTONThe future of hospitality is bright at Hilton: a leading global hospitality company with a diverse portfolio of world-class brands.
