We are seeking a skilled **Full-Stack Developer (.NET + ReactJS)** to join our team for a project in the healthcare domain.RESPONSIBILITIES- Ensure the database integration with SQL Server- Enhance performance using caching mechanisms with Redis- Collaborate with team members on code reviews and development processes- Translate business requirements into technical specifications- Implement UI enhancements and ensure a responsive design- Continuously update the project documentation**REQUIREMENTS**:- A minimum of 2 years of working experience as a Full-Stack Developer- Proficiency in JavaScript, ReactJS,
