Then it's time to join Western Union as a Product Owner – Digital Product.Western Union powers your pursuit.As a Product Owner, you will contribute to developing digital consumer money transfer services offered through Western Union services.
You will manage products and features through their full lifecycle from inception to delivery.
You will also rely on data analytics to deliver the best customer experience and the highest value to our customers.Role ResponsibilitiesThe PO will manage product requirements, define, and document business and operational processes, own and manage sprints, and own end to end delivery for new features and capabilities.Define and manage the Sprint process with the Scrum master.Collect business requirements from stakeholders, and write business stories and Epics.Manage Sprint requirements and backlog, collaborating with QA on test cases and acceptance criteria.Manage the UAT efforts for the sprint.Evaluate and recommend new vendors and tools to complement current capabilities.Interact with other internal departments to formulate recommendations and actions.Engage with various groups around the globe, including becoming the SME for specific tasks.Think creatively to create clear recommendations on specific projects.Role RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Banking,
Payments or similar fields.3+ years of experience in Project Management and/or Product Management.Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.Experience with Scrum or Agile methodologies.Proven experience (3+ years) in a PO or similar role within the financial services industry, with a strong focus on the LACA region.Deep understanding of the financial services landscape, including regulatory considerations, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in LACA.Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.Proficiency in project management and cross-functional collaboration.BenefitsYou will also have access to short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few.
