Manager of Channel Strategy – E-Commerce will be responsible for overseeing the company's channel strategy,



with a strong focus on developing and driving the success of E-Commerce for LATAM.
This role requires a strategic and analytical leader who can optimize online sales, enhance customer experience, and collaborate cross-functionally to maximize business growth.The ideal candidate will ensure that the company's E-Commerce initiatives align with overall commercial objectives while leveraging industry trends and best practices as well as developing a comprehensive LATAM channel strategy for distributing across different types of clients, ensuring effective market penetration, revenue growth, and enhanced customer satisfaction.Define and oversee the company's omnichannel strategy, integrating E-Commerce with other sales channels.Develop and execute a comprehensive Channel strategy with focus on E-Commerce growth aligned with the company's overall commercial goals.Drive online sales performance, ensuring best-in-class digital experiences and conversion optimization.Oversee the direct-to-consumer (DTC) platforms, marketplaces, and other digital sales channels to ensure profitability and scalability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing,



IT, Supply Chain, Finance) to enhance online product visibility, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.Ensure a seamless and cohesive customer journey across all commercial touchpoints.Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer insights to continuously optimize channel performance.Conduct in-depth analysis of online consumer behavior and leverage insights to refine the digital commerce strategy.Lead and develop a team focused on E-Commerce and commercial channel excellence.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field (MBA preferred).10+ years of experience in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or Commercial Strategy, preferably within a consumer goods, retail, or technology-driven environment.Proven track record of scaling E-Commerce businesses, driving revenue,



and optimizing digital sales channels.Strong understanding of omnichannel strategy, ensuring seamless integration of online and offline experiences to drive consistent traffic and sales.Strong knowledge of E-Commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Amazon, etc.)
and digital analytics tools
