Embark on a journey with us—where your passion will navigate the future of global commerce.Job Profile SummaryThe position has the responsibility for daily people leadership in smaller sub teams, focusing on specific sub processes or geographies.
Provides input to and manages the daily activities under the supervision and guidance of the manager.
Is often a senior with specific insight to the process, which enables coaching of team members.
Participates in transactional work as required as well.The Role:Has responsibility for work scope including but not limited to:Support the team with portfolio monitoring of Collections.Dunning, alerts to customers about suspensions and credits.Payment application.
Validate the correct application with each area.On account monitoring,
follow up of the balance favor.Coordination with the clusters on the different activities of the area.Coordinate with other teams on different activities like disputes, to assure the objectives achievements.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.At least 3 years of experience leading people.Experience in Collections, Order to cash, among others.Intermediate English level.Advanced Excel skills.Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
