Brkfst.io is an incubated venture within WITHIN, focused on connecting creators with major brands to produce impactful ads at scale.
We are and we connect creators with big brands to make impactful ads at scale. We have a network of thousands of content creators with a variety of different skill-sets, and we’re looking to build a program that empowers them to create great ads for brands like Corkcicle, Perfume.com, Casper Mattresses, & more!

About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Editor to join WITHIN's Post-Production team in a full-time capacity. In this key role, you'll transform raw footage and assets into polished final products that captivate and engage audiences. Reporting directly to the Post Production Supervisor, you will lead post-production efforts, mentor Junior Editors, and collaborate on a diverse array of projects across multiple accounts.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Asset Management: Oversee the efficient transfer and distribution of footage and project files to the broader post-production/editorial team.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with Content Leads and the Production Team to select key footage, craft precise stringouts, and assemble compelling cuts.
- Workflow Optimization:
Partner with the Post Production Supervisor to enhance and standardize workflows across various project types and production requirements.
- External Coordination: Manage the preparation, dispatch, and retrieval of project assets by coordinating with freelance editors and colorists.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively address technical or personnel challenges to ensure projects progress smoothly and meet deadlines.
- Project Organization: Champion and enforce rigorous project organization and archival processes to maintain high standards of media management.
- Motion Graphics Integration: Utilize your motion graphics skills to create engaging visual elements that enhance storytelling and elevate the final product.
Requirements:
- Technical Expertise: Mastery of non-linear editing and compositing software,
with a strong command of Adobe Premiere and After Effects. Proficiency in Resolve and Fusion is highly desirable.
- Workflow Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in proxy workflows and effective color round-tripping between internal and external agency partners.
- Collaborative Leadership: Proven ability to work seamlessly with creative teams, coupled with the independence and leadership to drive projects forward when needed.
- Media Management: Experienced in handling the logistics of sending and receiving physical media with both team members and clients.
- Motion Graphics Skills: Solid experience in creating and integrating motion graphics to enhance visual storytelling.
