**Real Estate Disposition Manager**We are a real estate company that purchases and sells homes across New York and surrounding areas.
Purchasing on average 100 homes per year and growing, we offer homeowners a hassle-free sale at a fair price.

We are growing rapidly and looking for new, dynamic salespeople to join our team!We are looking for a highly motivated, extremely professional individual who loves helping people and being part of a hard-working team.You must be a team player with strong phone, verbal, written, and organizational skills.
Along with the ability to build rapport quickly and overcome objections.
We are looking for someone that wants to be part of something great and grow with us, if you change jobs frequently... this isn't for you.We have a sales team that acquires properties every day and we need additional salespeople that will come in and help sell these properties to investors!
**Responsibilities**- Work with Buyers, Sellers, and Title Companies to Get Our Properties Sold- Work with Marketing Coordinator to ensure property listings are created timely- Speak with investors and convey property info with the goal of selling the property**Job Specifics**:- Generate at least $200,000-250,000 of CLOSED revenue for the company every month individually- Sell at least 2-3 assignment contracts signed per week.- Make at least 10 new prospect calls introductions daily- Manage marketing properties on dispositions website- Update acquisitions specialists on property status- Work with the transaction coordinator on all properties- Ensure all property details are imputed in CRM system for tracking- Follow up with all potential leads with an offer range in the time promised.
(10-15 minutes after initial contact)- Participate in weekly Leadership Meetings at 9am- Weekday standard time will be an 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, and some limited weekend availability.
**Requirements**:- Most important is mindset & drive -- you hold yourself accountable to the highest standards of performance and are resilient.- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English.
This is a must.- Self-starter -- you are comfortable working 100% remotely, managing your schedule and meeting deadlines- Driven, competitive, and confident with setting expectations- Strong time-management and organizational skills under ever-changing schedules- Creative - you find yourself coming up with new creative ideas for marketing and copy- Coachable -- you are excited to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better- Team player -- you are able to collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed, and complete tasks as required- Proactive and self-starter -- you strive to get ahead of a problem or start a conversation, instead of waiting for the right time or opportunity to come to you
