The agents are a mix of people who are actively selling warranties for us, have sold them in the past, or are new agents in the field.
Our mission is to service American Homeowners looking for home warranty services that will cover the repairs or replacements of their most vital home systems and appliances.
**WHAT YOU DO**- Place outgoing calls from our calling queue- Manage and document sales process in our CRM tool- Use a script to help guide each call and sell our service- Provide account management for agents whose clients are having an active claim or need additional support from the company- Coordinate fulfillment orders of printed and digital brochures to assist the agents in promoting our Home Warranty**WHAT TO EXPECT**:- **Quick recruitment process** through video calls.- **Pay**:$148 MXN an hour- **Bonuses**: a compelling bonus plan to motivate you to go beyond and above to reach your goals.- **Training**:Paid initial training, as well as on-going training to help you develop in your role and career.- **Commissions**: Average of $300 to $500 USD (according to performance)- **Career path**: this is only the beginning!

**WHAT YOU BRING**- 3+ Years of Sales and/or Account Management experience selling products/services over the phone or face-to-face, within a call center or retail environment
