**What you'll do?
**
- Lead cloud architecture decisions, balancing current and future needs, efficiency, and scalability.
- Implement automation tools and frameworks (CI/CD pipelines) for efficient code deployment and management.
- Ensure the security of the cloud infrastructure by implementing industry best practices and compliance standards.
- Conduct system performance analysis and optimize infrastructure for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and stakeholders on cloud best practices.
- Stay abreast of new cloud technologies and updates within GCP to drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Professional certification in Google Cloud Platform is highly preferred (e.g., Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect).
- 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture, specifically with GCP, including hands-on experience with GCP services like App Engine, Compute Engine, Cloud Functions, Kubernetes Engine, and Cloud SQL.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable and secure cloud-based infrastructure for PaaS.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with automation and orchestration tools (e.g., Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible).
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
