We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will:Develop a sustainable relationship with companiesPosition Clara as the most important spend management companyManage and prospect new companiesDevelop sell-in, sell-out, and portfolio analysisExecute sales and marketing plans with partners to drive the businessServe as the commercial contact with existing and new clientsOur requirements for this position are:5+ years of proven experience working as KAM/CSM in a B2B ModelStructured thinking and high focus on resultsEnglish Professional ProficiencyInnovative mindset and receptive to changesExperience in the Financial, Banking, or Insurance sector is a plusExperience in managing ERP connections, financial budgeting, and models to have conversations at CFO levelAbility to develop strong relationships at C-level of enterprise companies to become a financial consultantWe value:Clarity - Open and direct communication
