In this role, Project Manager will be responsible of the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within our organization.
The following skills are required for this role:
- Project Management Expertise: The Project Manager should have strong project management skills, including the ability to lead teams, manage budgets, set timelines, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills are essential for this role, including the ability to inspire and motivate team members, delegate tasks, and provide guidance and support when needed.
- Strategic Thinking: Project Manager should have strong strategic thinking skills,
including the ability to anticipate potential problems and develop solutions to address them, as well as the ability to prioritize projects based on their importance to the organization.
- Communication: Effective communication skills are critical for this role, including the ability to articulate project goals and objectives, communicate progress and status updates, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Technical Knowledge: Project Manager should have a strong understanding of the technical aspects of project management, including knowledge of project management software, methodologies, and best practices.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills are important for this role, including the ability to identify issues and develop creative solutions to address them.
- Risk Management: Project Manager should have strong risk management skills, including the ability to identify and mitigate risks, as well as the ability to manage project issues and conflicts.

develop team cohesion, and foster a collaborative team culture.
Your Profile:
- Proven knowledge in the manufacturing business of engineered products.
- Act in an international environment and can communicate fluently in English.
- Strong learning mindset and interest in bringing new ideas for operational excellence.
- BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is highly preferred.
- Understanding of Fiber or Marine market segments preferred.
- SAP knowledge preferred.Unrestricted
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Project Planning: To ensure developing project plans that outline the scope, goals, timelines, and budget of each project.
This includes identifying project risks and developing mitigation plans to address them.
- Resource Allocation: Allocating resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment,
ensures that projects are properly staffed and resourced.
- Team Management: Managing project teams, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and support, and monitoring progress to ensure that projects are on track.
- Budget Management: Managing project budgets, including tracking project expenses and ensuring that projects are delivered within budget constraints.
- Stakeholder Management: Managing stakeholder relationships, including communicating project status updates, managing expectations, and addressing concerns and issues as they arise.
- Quality Assurance: To ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and that projects are delivered to stakeholders' satisfaction.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously improving project management processes and methodologies, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing process changes as needed.
