The Prod Ctrl Sr Supervisor is an intermediate management level position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in an effort to ensure the completeness, accuracy and integrity of the bank's books and records in coordination with the Finance team.
The overall objective of this role is to control and support data integrity and general ledger reconciliation, profit attribution and new activity analysis,
valuation control and product P&L; and balance sheet reporting.
Responsibilities:Identify process efficiencies in support of Finance goalsApply analytical skills and knowledge to data analysisResolve varied issues that potentially impact the broader businessAssist with training new and current team membersMonitor the quantity and quality of work produced by the teamEscalate anomalies and issues efficiently and on timeAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.Qualifications: 2-5 years of relevant experienceConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communicationEducation:
