In technology strategy at PwC, you will specialise in developing and implementing strategic plans to leverage technology for business growth and innovation. You will analyse market trends,
assess organisational needs, and provide guidance on technology investments and initiatives. Working in this area, you will collaborate with stakeholders to align technology strategies with overall business objectives to increase utilisation of technology resources, driving competitive advantage.

About the Role
- PwC’s Tech Strategy practice is seeking a Senior Manager to lead large-scale technology transformation initiatives that drive business growth and operational efficiency. This role requires a strategic mindset, deep technical expertise, and strong leadership skills to shape and execute enterprise-wide IT strategies.
- As a Senior Manager, you will work closely with C-suite executives and business leaders to align technology investments with organizational goals, fostering innovation, cloud adoption, and digital transformation. You will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact solutions across cloud, DevOps, AI, machine learning, and IoT.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute transformational technology strategies to help clients achieve their business objectives.
- Lead enterprise cloud adoption, IT modernization, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Drive cloud strategy, architecture design, and digital transformation roadmaps,
focusing on scalability, innovation, and operational efficiency.
- Provide expertise in AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and other emerging technologies.
- Lead DevOps, CI/CD automation, AI, machine learning, and IoT adoption for business optimization.
- Conduct financial modeling, business case development, and benchmarking analysis to support technology investment decisions.
- Guide clients through IT operating model design, strategic sourcing, and process automation.
- Oversee IT process analysis, Agile (DevSecOps) implementations, and ITIL frameworks to enhance IT effectiveness.
- Build trusted advisory relationships with senior stakeholders, offering strategic guidance on IT transformation.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
- Identify emerging technology trends and industry disruptions, helping clients stay ahead of the curve.
- Drive thought leadership, publishing insights, speaking at industry events, and contributing to PwC’s market presence.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
- Master’s degree (MSc in Technology).
- 15+ years of relevant experience in technology consulting, IT strategy, or enterprise transformation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and data visualization tools.
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, cloud service providers, and foundational programming languages.
Preferred Qualifications
- 20+ years of experience in technology strategy consulting.
- Industry-recognized certifications such as TOGAF, SAFe, ITIL, AWS, or Azure.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms, enterprise IT governance, and digital transformation.
