We are seeking a Global Learning and Development Specialist to join our dynamic, globally decentralized organization.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance learning experiences across our international business landscape by creating and implementing effective training programs.
As part of our global team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating engaging learning initiatives that align with business needs.
Your role includes coordinating training logistics,



supporting the administration of learning management systems, and managing operational activities that contribute to the successful execution of learning programs and projects.
Collaboration is key—you will work closely with internal business units to align learning initiatives with organizational goals while also partnering with external clients to develop innovative learning solutions.
Additionally, you will support project management efforts to ensure training initiatives are delivered on time, meet business objectives, and drive measurable impact across our global organization.
Key Focus Areas and Responsibilities
Needs Analysis and Planning Partner with internal teams, subject matter experts, and clients to understand learning needs and align solutions with business goals.Assess learner knowledge and skills to tailor programs effectively.Define project timelines, coordinate resources, and manage plans to ensure smooth execution.Design and Development Research, design, and develop engaging learning content, including online courses, videos, workshops,



and assessments.Apply instructional design principles to create impactful, learner-centered experiences.Use digital tools and technologies to enhance learning experiences.Optimize materials for multiple delivery formats, such as virtual, in-person, blended, and mobile.Delivery and Implementation Facilitate training programs in face-to-face and virtual environments for diverse audiences.Manage training logistics, including scheduling, participant communication, and resource preparation.Utilize learning management systems (LMS) to deliver, track, and report on training programs.Evaluation and Improvement Measure training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.Collaborate with stakeholders to revise and improve content based on results and evolving needsAdministration and Support Perform administrative duties,



such as maintaining participant records, managing attendance, and preparing instructional materials.Provide operational support for program rollouts and updates.Qualifications and experienceEducation: 3-year Diploma or bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, Training & Development, or related field.Experience: 4–8 years of proven experience in designing and delivering learning programs in both instructor-led (ILT) and virtual environments.Demonstrated expertise in curriculum planning, instructional design, and content development.Demonstrated expertise in working with learning technologies and authoring tools.Experience or exposure to project management and change management methodologies.Prior experience in a global,

and optimize program impact.Stakeholder & Relationship Management – Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills to engage with internal and external partners.Innovation & Problem-Solving – Creative thinker with a passion for continuous learning and improvement
