We're changing the game for restaurateurs whether they're entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant all the way through to your favorite global quick-service restaurant chains.
What you'll do Create a strategic vision for CRM across multiple touchpoints (email, push, SMS, in-app messaging).Build best-in-class CRM automation and programs to drive business growth.Work closely with Data Science, Analysts, and the Sales team to ensure constant CRM innovation.Develop CRM re-engagement content and A/B test campaigns to achieve optimal performance.Run experimentation across email and messaging tools.Track and report all CRM channel performance metrics.Coordinate with different stakeholders, both internal and external, to accomplish tasks effectively.Manage marketing admin and operations (e.g., invoicing, dashboards, and analytics).What we're looking for 5-7 Years of experience in a Marketing related roleAn advanced level of English is required as you will have constant communication with managers and coworkers in the Americas region.Proficiency in Hubspot is a requirement for this position.Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced,
dynamic work environment.What else you need to know
This role is based in our Mexico City office.
