You'll work alongside innovative, driven, and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce by executing the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring an exceptional candidate and Hiring Leader experience, and acquiring top-tier talent with efficiency and precision.
Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Human Resources, Management, Compensation Specialists), support strategic talent pool development and attraction strategies, and much more.
We'll look to you for: Executing the end-to-end hiring process with speed and quality,Ensuring an exceptional candidate and Hiring Leader experience,Being a strategic partner for the business regarding Talent pools and attraction strategy,Running the hiring process in compliance with current processes and regulations,Updating and posting job descriptions, managing requisitions, and dispositioning candidates,Conducting interviews, intake meetings,
interview debriefs, and reviewing assessments,Engaging in TA local projects,Structuring new offers, collaborating with the compensation team to determine appropriate packages, and negotiating offers,Communicating proactively and in a timely manner with candidates, providing details on the selection process and Hiring Leader feedback. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,A minimum of 5 years of experience or understanding of full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition strategies,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
and HR databases,Strong organizational and time management skills,Proven ability to work strategically and build effective business partnerships,Advanced English language communication skills,Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
