Our client is a global leading automotive supplier and they have requested us to search for a Quality Manager for their Manufacturing facility in Tultitlan, Edo.

GENERAL PURPOSE
Manage the Company's Quality System and ensure that plant meets all quality system requirements to maintain the customers Certifications, IATF 16949 standard.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Administer consistent treatment of people in regards to all policies and proceduresExemplify the total quality image and directionManage the deployment of quality related systems and procedures to all plant levels and processesEnsure KPI tracking are up to date and are being utilizedFacilitate the required reaction to customers concerns and/or issuesCoach coordinators in problem solving methodologyMaintain and improve the performance of quality ratings with the customersAssure the quality of products from raw materials receipt to finished product deliveryMaintain and improve the quality operating systemAssure the solution of quality problems in products (external and internal)Promote the continuous improvement in our processesProvide support in the implementation of new projectsManage data collection system, ensure timely and accurate data at all timesManage containment activityEnsure PPAPs are completed on timeAdditional responsibilities as required - this position is subject to change as the needs of the department change QualityOffer ideas for improvement of all systems and help implement themLead area in achieving plant quality objectives/goalsUnderstand customer needs and work towards meeting and exceeding them100% on-time delivery to customerTarget 0 PPM on parts for all our customersManage the impact of engineering changes to your areaManage line quality coordinators for your areaComplete and maintain service PPAPs REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree and 10 years experience or 15+ years of automotive related quality experience including familiarity with "Big 3" system requirements such as Ford's Q1, TS16949, Control Plans, FMEAs, etc.Multicultural awareness and 3+ years in global company.Expertise in Toyota Production System (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma) budget management, strong understanding of financial metrics, and proficiency with statistical analysis tools and processes. OTHER SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGEExcellent communication, analytical, problem solving, planning, team orientation and presentation skillsGood organizational and time management skillsExcellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitudeExcellent control of stress, proactively.Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint)Dimensional gauging related experience, including gage control, GR&R;'s, CMMs, etc.SPC experience, including control charting, control limit and Cpk calculations, etc.
