**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accurate records of all communication in our database in a comprehensible way.
- Tackle challenges by understanding and resolving problems; passionately exploring diverse solutions; and escalating unresolved matters.
- Demonstrating a positive attitude while engaging in a fun and challenging work environment.
- Maintains outstanding quality assurance results plus working knowledge of compliance guidelines.
**Education/skills**:
- Fluent in English both written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
**Experience**:
- 1-3 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.
**Skills**:
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening and call control.
- Strong MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and typing skills required.
- Strong Customer Service skills.
- Open minded; able to set aside personal feelings.
**Benefits**:
- Full-time Monday-Friday 8am-5:00pm (No Weekends.
No Evenings).
- Salary: $19,161.00 gross per month.
- Attendance bonus $2,000.00 MXN.
- Unlimited customer service bonus.
- Referral program up to $500 Dlls.
