**Role Expectations**:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented **QA Manual Tester** to join our remote team from the LATAM region.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our software solutions meet the highest quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design and implement quality assurance processes for manual testing.
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
- Communicate effectively with development and product teams to clarify requirements and provide feedback.
**Essential Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role in software development.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and quality improvements.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
