Your role and responsibilitiesThe cross communications professional is tasked with supporting the communications function to position IBM in the Mexican market through a series of activities that include, but are not limited to: support at IBM-led and third-party events, content development, managing interactions with other teams and functions, mainly marketing, the Latin American communications team and the key business functions to support the growth objectives established for IBM in Mexico.

Develop a deep understanding of IBM's overall strategy and growth initiatives to ensure all content and programs align with our strategy and demonstrate how IBMers contribute to IBM's success.Creativity and problem solving: Suggest and promote creative strategies to tackle complex communications tasks with resourcefulness as a key skill to contribute to the team.Storytelling: An ability to share compelling messages in a cohesive and impactful way, always with our key audience and objectives in mind.According to our Flex Policy, candidates are required to attend our office in-person three out of five days of the week.
Required educationHigh School Diploma/GED

Other academic backgrounds are welcome,
