**_ ABOUT THIS ROLE_**

**_ WHAT YOU' WILL DO_**:

- **Administration and Management**:

- Create and manage user accounts and groups, assign licenses and permissions.
- Set up and manage mailboxes in Exchange Online.
- Implement and manage security and compliance policies.
- ** Monitoring and Maintenance**:

- Monitor the performance and availability of Microsoft 365 services.
- ** Automation and Optimization**:





- Develop PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive tasks.
- ** Support and Training**:

- Provide support to users and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365.
- Document procedures and user guides.
- ** Integration and Development**:

- Integrate Microsoft 365 with other business apps and services.
- Participate in Microsoft 365 service deployment and migration projects.
**_ WHO YOU ARE_**
- 3+ years of experience on Microsoft/Office 365 support
- Microsoft certifications preferred
- **Microsoft 365 management**:

- Tenants configuration and management.
- Manage users and groups in Microsoft 365.
- Supervision and administration of licenses.
- ** Microsoft 365 services**:

- Exchange Online administration: mailbox management, retention policies, and transport rules.
- SharePoint Online administration: site settings, permissions, and access policies.
- Teams administration: Create and manage groups, channels, messaging and collaboration policies.
- OneDrive for Business administration: Setting up and managing cloud storage.
- ** Security and Compliance**:





- Configure security and compliance policies in Microsoft 365.
- Identity and Access Management: implementation of MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), Azure AD Conditional Access, and role management.
- Security incident monitoring and response.
- ** Related Tools and Technologies**:

- Use of PowerShell for task automation and management.
- Basic knowledge of Azure AD.
- Mobile device integration and management (MDM) with Intune.
- ** Support and Troubleshooting**:

- Troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft 365.
- End-user support and training in the use of Microsoft 365 tools.
- Connectivity and synchronization analysis and troubleshooting.
**_ WORK ENVIRONMENT:_**

** This position is HYBRID in CDMX with recurrent meetings/work at customer location.
