**_ ABOUT THIS ROLE_**
You will also be the client facing role for Modern Workplace SCCM/Intune and M365 services, being team leader for the Mexico support resources, coordinating with DXC collaborative onshore and offshore teams in Europe and United States.
**_ WHAT YOU' WILL DO: _**
- **Administration and Management**:
- Client facing role for Mexico Modern Workplace
- Operational team leader for Mexico resources.
- Implement and manage security and compliance policies.
- Coordinate with DXC team in Europe and United States
- ** Monitoring and Maintenance**:
- Monitor the performance and availability of Microsoft SCCM/Intune services.
- ** Automation and Optimization**:
- Develop scripts to automate repetitive tasks.
- ** Support and Training**:
- Provide support to users and resolve issues related to support scope
- Document procedures and user guides.
- ** Integration and Development**:
- Integrate support scope with other business apps and services.
- Participate in Microsoft service deployment and migration projects.
**_ WHO YOU ARE_**
- 5+ years of experience on SCCM/Intune/image management and support
- Microsoft certifications preferred
- Solid knowledge in System Center Configuration Manager
- Task Sequence
- Creation of software collections and distribution
- Patch Management (Microsoft and SCUP)
- Tool Management (Primary, Distribution Points and Secondary)
- Windows 10, Windows 11 and 365 Apps management
- Image creation, customization and deployment
- Knowledge in Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT)
- Windows image customization and deployment
- Solid Knowledge in Microsoft Intune
- Migration from SCCM to Intune
- Create and manage the Autopilot
- Profile creation
- Manage security policies.
- Publishing and Deployment of software to workstations and mobiles
- Publishing of software in Company Portal
- Manage Patch Management
- Manage Workstation and mobiles
- Microsoft 365 principals
- Knowledge in software packaging
- Scripting skills (PowerShell, VBscript, Autoit)
- Experience in operational meetings with the client
- Proficient English
- Troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft 365.
- End-user support and training in the use of Microsoft 365 tools.
- Connectivity and synchronization analysis and troubleshooting.
