**Responsibilities**:
- Works with partner facing teams to understand and drive portfolio/marketing research engagements in support of product and loyalty innovation, digital integration, information security, and thought leadership.
- Provide strategic thought leadership and guidance to identify, design and deliver actionable research findings.
- Manage third party research vendors to execute and deliver best in class research.
- Develop plan to disseminate and present available Research to relevant audiences (both general staff and top leadership) on an ongoing basis so it's value and utility is maximized.
Make presentations to business partners when necessary.
- Keep abreast of new and emerging research resources and techniques that would be relevant for our business, vet them and test as appropriate.
**Qualifications**:
- 6-10 years in Marketing or Market Research and experience in Consulting.
- Team player; ability to lead, partner and negotiate with cross functional team to successfully deliver client needs.
Track record of delivering meaningful research insights that drive business success.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Promotes a culture of teamwork across organizational boundaries.
- Demonstrated sense of accountability and decisiveness.

- The Digital Attribution and Innovation Manager is accountable for management of _complex and critical_ professional disciplinary areas within Marketing such as Digital Analytics, Attribution, Testing, Affiliate Marketing, New Media and Martech.

- _ Responsible for the strategy and execution of Digital Attribution as well as to be able to present results at a senior level.._
- _ Strategic and executional lead on end to end Testing merchandise campaigns, while working cross-functionally with Creative agencies, Client Acquisitions and Client Engagement teams.
Also expected to work with business partners to develop collateral that supports sales force needs for visions and enable business growth and customer deepening._
- _ Responsible for serving as a lead on digital media expansion in departments while ensuring strategy and execution.
Partners with Client Acquisitions, Client Engagement,
Strategic Marketing and Channel teams to ensure alignment in messaging and delivery of marketing campaigns._
- _ Create and manage annual merchandise budget of the areas within the scope, based on the business strategic priorities which will also include ensuring all dollars are spent as allocated and financial control processes followed._
- _ Areas of authority may include managing detailed marketing processes and controls across end-to-end marketing functions.
Also required to work with martech vendors to ensure best in class ecosystem and a flawless execution._

- _ Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and how digital journeys and attribution work._
- _ Broad knowledge of marketing, testing, operations, legal and compliance._
- _ Requires deep understanding of the business and how best to optimize the use of internal and external resources as well as cross-functional teams._
- _ Demonstrated process management disciplines - designing, refining, and managing execution processes._
- _ Ability to manage multiple projects at once without any detriment to delivery or quality._
- _ Exceptional communication skills, PowerPoint, Excel._
- _ Exceptional interpersonal skills and client management._
- _ Demonstrated digital marketing competence across testing, everyday reporting, marketing automation and martech._
