**SKILLS & STRENGHTS**
- Bachelor degree in Administration, Psychology or related- Bilingual (Spanish-English)- Experience 3+ years in HR (training and recruitment)- Experience in Organizational Development- Knowledge of legal management of STPS training- Desirable knowledge about IATF, ISO 14001, TISAX for audit purposes**ROL & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordination of mandatory training according to business policies- Administration of the E-Learning platform- Administration and updating of DNC for Juarez site- Recruitment of salary positions for the site- Coordinate the onboarding processes- Monitoring performance evaluations (Success Factors platform / Talent Cycle)- Attend internal and external audits (IATF, ISO 14001, TISAX)- Organizational Development and Staffing CoordinatorFacts about the job
