Your role and responsibilitiesJoin our team as an Event Marketing Specialist Trainee, where we specialize in crafting top-tier virtual, in-person, and hybrid events.
You'll collaborate closely with our strategists to ensure flawless execution, compliance, and exceptional attendee experiences.
Ideal candidates are passionate about B2B events, detail-oriented, and dedicated to creating impactful event experiences.
Your primary responsibilities include:
Event Strategy and Planning: Support the Event team in different phases of events (pre-event, during-event, post-event), including venue selection, agency management, onsite logistics, and follow-up activities.Event Promotion and Advocacy: Champion events internally and externally,
fostering interest and engagement among stakeholders.As part of our flexible and collaborative approach, we invite candidates to enjoy the hybrid experience, working in our office three times a week.
Required educationHigh School Diploma/GED
Required technical and professional expertiseProject Management: Demonstrate strong project management skills, consistently meeting deadlines and ensuring seamless event execution.Problem Solver: Exhibit proactive listening skills to anticipate needs and proactively address potential issues based on expertise and experience.Team Collaboration and Ownership: Collaborate effectively within teams, taking ownership and demonstrating accountability for event outcomes.Event Technology:
