We are building a new Site Reliability Engineeringteam at Mexico City as part of our Configuration Management groupwithin Legal Technology Infrastructure and Operations. This teamwill support application infrastructure, automation,
and CI/CDtooling across multiple Thomson Reuters products. Key technologiesinclude AWS cloud services, GitHub/GitHub Actions, Azure DevOpsServices, monitoring tools, and more. About the Role In thisopportunity as a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsiblefor: 1. System Reliability and Performance: Design, implement, andmanage scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-based infrastructure.Monitor and maintain system performance and reliability throughproactive measures and incident response. 2. Automation and CI/CD:Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, AWSCodePipeline, and Azure DevOps. Automate routine operational tasksto improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention. 3.Collaboration: Partner with application development teams to alignon priorities and deliverables. Collaborate with security,compliance, and governance teams to meet standards andcertifications. 4. Incident Management: Respond to and resolveincidents to minimize downtime and impact on users. Conductpost-incident reviews and implement improvements. 5. Documentation:Document system architecture, processes,
and best practices toensure knowledge sharing and scalability. Tools and TechnologiesCloud Platforms: AWS (EC2, Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS, CloudFront,CloudWatch) CI/CD Tools: GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, AzureDevOps Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation Monitoringand Alerting: Datadog/Prometheus/Grafana/Splunk/New RelicContainerization: Docker, Kubernetes Source Control andCollaboration: Github, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket Scripting andAutomation: Python, Bash, PowerShell Logging and Observability:DataDog, CloudWatch About You - Bachelor’s degree in ComputerScience, Engineering, or equivalent experience. - 3+ years ofexperience in a similar role. - Proven experience with cloudplatforms (AWS preferred). - Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools suchas GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps. - Experience with monitoringand alerting tools (e.g.,
Datadog). - Excellent problem-solving andtroubleshooting skills. - Strong collaboration and communicationskills.
