Responsible for providing technical sales support for the SPS organization while developing, deploying, and enabling the key processes within Sales and Marketing. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and profitable business growth. Develop and assess sales support libraries and templates to enable scalable work processes as well as right and fast reporting and financial roll-up.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Track and Report Sales Progress
- Develop and Define Customer Needs
- Data analysis
- Development of information projects
- Analysis of sales reports and creation of structured sales campaigns.
**YOU MUST HAVE**:
- Bachelors: Business, industrial, electronic or systems engineering. Related to reporting and business analysis.
- Years of experience in similar position: 3-5 years.
- Basic programming level: databases and Tableau (we value) or any programming language.
**WE VALUE**:
- Experience in sales operations processes, commercial excellence, commission plans and commercial data analytics.
- Significant experience in sales support
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
- Ability to influence a broader organization
