**Design solutions to drive safe living and quality of life**:
Support the achievement of (SBG) and support the achievement of metrics (Safety, Quality, Inventory, Delivery, Cost and so on) in the ISC manufacturing organization. You will be the information collection point between managers and staffs. You will partner with materials management, quality and engineering team to resolve variety problems in shop floor. You will be the liaison between the supervisor and shop floor employees in Manufacturing. You will assistant supervisor to achieve cell performance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Compliance of STPS legal requirements, including Audits by STPS
- Creation of Mandatory Training Plan Report (For Federal Labor Board Compliance),
Update of Training in TRESS System
- Responsible of Training Matrix Follow up
- Responsible of New Hire Onboarding process
- Events coordination
- Employee Services
- Support for the HR Dept in HR activities
- Owner of Documentation across businesses and areas for ISO and Quality compliance.
**YOU MUST HAVE**:
- BS, Engineering, Administration
- 2-3 years of experience in Training /HR areas
- Advanced English Skills
- Use of training systems
- STPS Training legal requirements
