The main purpose of Sales Engineering is to support sales process by providing technical knowledge,
designing and delivering solutions and consulting on technical aspects of opportunities to ensure smooth integration between clients and Infobip.
**Job Description**:
**Your main missions**:
- Focus on education and better understanding of IB products, integration, internal tools and clients
- Shadow more senior team members to better acquainted with given responsibilities.
- Involve in business by providing technical support to Account Executives with mentor supervision.
- Design and present simple technical solutions and service integration plans for customers.
- Deliver technical documentation.
- Handle security questionnaires and compliance issues with mentor supervision
- Handle demos and POCs
- Support the team by taking over daily tasks assigned from mentor or line manager
**Qualifications**:

- ** Professional degree in telecommunication, system engineering or similar careers.**:
- ** Desirable experience in sales engineering and looking for development opportunity in a high-growth global IT Company.**:
- ** You must be passionate about IT and technology.**:
- You take a proactive and creative approach to attend to clients’ needs (even if they are sometimes not aware of those needs).
- You are able to present products and ideas with ease, confidence, and persistence.
- ** You speak fluently to clients, partners, and colleagues alike, and have a great command of English.**:
- You are a highly motivated self-starter, who is hungry to win, always looking to push your own limits.
- You prefer a collaborative, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
