As a SERVICE MANAGER, you will efficiently lead and supervise your team to achieve the implementation of operational systems, procedures, operational structure, and information flow to provide an excellent service to our customers. You will also ensure that product and service standards exceed quality standards!
**Key Responsibilities**
- Dedicated attention and relationship with our dealers.
- Timely management and monitoring of performance indicators.
- Efficient manage a medium-sized team of customer service professionals.
- Work between areas, leadership by process.
- Optimally homologation of functions.
**Qualifications**
- BA degree with generally 8-10 years related experience,



approximately 1-3 of which should be in a manager level role.
- Proven experience in service call centers is a must.
- Strong handling of PBX (switches) IVR, CTI (telephony integration) CRM, RP, SAP and ORACLE. It is desirable to have implemented any of the above mentioned.
- English proficiency, able to maintain proficient and fluent business conversations.
- Excellent leadership and numerical skills!
