**Production Supervisor - Night shift**:

In this role, you will aid in the transformation of parts and raw materials into ABB products in a timely and cost-effective manner, managing resources to meet production targets.
**This position reports to**:
Production Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Leading capacity planning and resource optimization for the ELSP.
- Identifying deficiencies in production, proposing improvements, and overseeing their implementation.
- Identifying and recommending technical equipment and facility improvements.
- Working with HR Management to ensure that the ELSP is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed.
- Guiding, motivating, and developing less experienced team members to reach their potential.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor´s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related.
- 3-4 years of experience working in similar positions.
- Knowledge of SAP and Excel.
- Experience in Management of unionized personnel (payroll, permits, vacations, etc.)
- Basic English level.
