Description
The role will cultivate and foster relationships with local media, advertising, public relations and other 3rd party marketing agencies to develop programs, events and campaigns.
Managing local, distributors, channel partners, and alliances marketing initiatives to drive Vertiv business growth and position the company as a leader in Data Center, Communication Networks, and Commercial & Industrial
The Partner Marketing Specialist plans, organizes and executes programs that create relevant two-way interactions with indirect local buyers to inform and influence their buying decisions and broader relationship with the supplier.
Execute local channel marketing strategy with a focus on maximum ROI and impact measurement Good understanding of local channel market needs and the ability to leverage and adapt marketing initiatives in an efficient way.
The Partner Marketing Specialist will work closely with LATAM regional and local channel sales teams to, create and successfully implement local marketing programs that deliver maximum impact through a combination of tailored global, regional, and new market–specific activities.
Agile Marketer: as member of the LATAM Marketing team, the marketing specialist must have a strong sense of customer focus, common goal, collaboration, and teamwork elements of an agile marketing organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Create channel marketing plans that help local channel sales and partners achieve a healthy pipeline
· Build co-marketing plans with designated partners in support of revenue targets in line with local marketing plans
· Manage, administer, measure and report on local channel budgets and co-marketing funds (e.g. market development funds [MDF], co-op funds,) to ensure regulatory compliance
· Understand local partner requirements for program localization and local execution support
· Engage proactively with regional channel marketing team to review plans, share local requirements and provide feedback
· Localize centrally created channel marketing programs for local deployment
· Support collection and analysis of indirect buyer insights and audience segmentation
· Establish and track lead generation metrics with local partners
· Promote the adoption of lead management processes with local partners
· Ensure brand compliance and consistency across partners, distributors and 3rd party agencies.
· Plan, develop, execute and measure all local channel marketing efforts, including to-partner, through-partner and for-partner activities aligned to the organization’s channel priorities and sales objectives
· Work with partners to deliver high-quality,
localized marketing activities that drive targeted demand generation
· Develop and manage local partner engagement activities (e.g. partner events, local launch execution, to-partner communications, partner training, partner webinars)
· Support local channel sales efforts to recruit partners that match local requirements
· Actively seek and create local joint customer success stories to demonstrate best practices and strong partner relationships
· Drive usage of existing channel marketing and sales programs (Vertiv One Rewards, Partner Marketing Automation Tool, Deal Registration to engage and growth channel by working closely with LATAM Regional Partner Enablement.
· Work closely with Digital Marketing lead to implement demand gen campaigns focused on MOFU and BOFU.
· Work closely with Marketing Integration lead to provide local content to post in Vertiv social media channel.
· Work closely with Internal Creative Services Vertiv Agency to request any creative material, website modification or any print or digital materials.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Five or more years in b-to-b marketing preferably in a high-tech industry
Preferred Qualifications:
· Three or more years working in channel marketing and supporting partners in relevant markets.
· Proven experience working successfully with sales teams
· Experience in Technology and IT Industry highly desired.
