Preproduction build support and issue resolution
Support Continuous Process Improvement Team
Track and respond to Change Requests & Decision Notices
Assist to resolve issues across PIT's and Assembly Plants
Engineering Work Order follow-up
Launch support in the plant, including material shortage and support spills/crisis
Problem Resolution Tracking System/Issue Resolution prioritization and follow up
Specification interface to insure accuracy for pre production and productions
Plant Tryout and Production Trial Run support
Validation plan development property support
Involvement with Technical solutions for current, new and major programs
Assists in developing some engineering designs, including subsystems
Assists in implementing engineering changes
Specifies and balances system requirements
Involvement with test/development programs
Communicates, coordinates and consults with engineering departments and customers
Stays abreast of new technology and competitive products
Performs other related duties as assigned.
