Payroll Analyst

**WHAT TO EXPECT**
As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Santa Fe office, you will be in charge to perform Payroll cycles for coded employees and any payroll payment related.
**Key responsibilities**:
- In charge to calculate coded employee payroll cycles (Santa Fe, DC´s,
GESMEX; Shared Services, Lerma, COHISA and
- Toluca Belt).
- Compiled following information mainly from HR team: New Hirings, terminations, vacations, promotions, Bonuses,
- employee deductions, etc. and ensure that everything is loaded into ADAM payroll system.
- Perform monthly payroll report to Tax Manager and Local Controllers. (Income Tax detail by employee, Pension Plan
- Contributions, etc.).
- Based on each payroll cycle perform biweekly manual Journal entries to load payroll expense into Oracle.
- Perform monthly report Access asked to ADAM vendor team.
- Request any update regarding ADAM users.
- In charge of employee electronic stamping for payroll and terminations in front of Mexican Tax Authorities.
- Perform calculations regarding Housing, Social security and State taxes to be paid in front of Mexican Tax Authorities.
- Support Accounting team during internal, external and Social Security Audit process.
- Request monthly meals coupons for coded employees.
- Act as a Treasury back up for Gates Mexico treasury process.
- Provide quarterly support Pension Plan information requested by Willis Tower Watson or designated consulting firm.
- Perform annual calculations for profit sharing and Christmas Bonus.
- Bi-Monthly calculation for Social Security Variability payments.
**ABOUT YOU**
- 2 - 4 of years of progressive experience in Accountant or Administrative
- Bachelor's degree in Accountant or Administrative.
- Strong knowledge about local labor and tax regulations.
- Excellent data entry skills with ability to process high volume transactions while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and consistency.
- Composure under pressure and demonstrated reliability.
- Effectively handles conflict and demonstrates flexibility in work style to accommodate changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong team player:
proactively able to step in to support other team members as needed and share knowledge to allow cross training of all functions, builds collaborative relationships.
- Oracle ERP desirable
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Proficiency
- Understanding of the end-to-end accounting process
- ADAM System
