As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor to leaders in the Technology and / or Operations function,
providing guidance and support on critical HR issues such as talent planning, organizational design, and transformation initiatives. You will help leaders identify and address HR challenges within their businesses, developing solutions that align with their overall goals and support a global workforce.
**Responsibilities**
- Developing and implementing HR strategy. You will partner with your business and HR leader to identify and address key HR issues and align HR initiatives with the Business Unit’s strategy.
- Retaining talent. You will partner with your business leader, HR leader and HR COEs to contribute to the design of effective retention strategies to reduce attrition and retain top talent. You’ll collaborate with geographic HR peers to ensure implementation and measure results to ensure desired outcomes.
- Talent management and development. You will partner with business leaders and your HR leader on Talent Reviews, identifying high-potential employees, developing succession plans, and coaching leaders on career development.
You will manage performance to ensure employees are meeting their goals and objectives and provide coaching to executive leaders and their teams to ensure strong leadership and functional effectiveness.
- Organizational effectiveness. In collaboration with your respective HR leader, you will consult on business needs and collaborate with leaders and relevant stakeholders on transformation initiatives such as organization design, workforce planning and workflow changes. Identify key competencies and new role profiles. You will develop data-driven business cases for location strategy, compensation changes, talent planning, optimal spans and layers etc.
- Employee relations, labor relations and performance management. You will identify situations that require employee relations interventions e.g., performance improvement plans (PIP), investigations, etc.
and engage HR peers across various countries, who will lead the correct approach and process. You will be able to resolve conflict effectively with the company's best interests at the center.
- Change management and communication. You will be a change agent, partnering with your business and HR leader to design detailed and effective change management and internal communication strategies.
- Coaching Senior Leaders: Provide coaching and guidance to senior leaders to enhance their leadership capabilities and functional effectiveness.
- Collaboration and Influence: Effectively collaborate with market HR teams and leverage influence to achieve business objectives and drive HR initiatives.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or equivalent business experience.
- 10+ years of relevant experience,
with at least 5 years in a senior HRBP or similar role. Experience working in a global role is critical.
- Proven experience developing and implementing HR strategies that are aligned to the organization's overall strategy and goals.
- Knowledge and expertise of all areas of HR including talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance and HR technology.
- Demonstrated ability to use data to inform HR strategy and decision making including analyzing workforce metrics, identifying trends and making data-driven recommendations.
- Fluent in the English language, with strong communication skills and ability to convey complex ideas and information to a variety of audiences, both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated experience designing and leading change initiatives within the organization,
including the ability to adapt to innovative technologies, business models and organizational structures.
- Ability to manage a diverse workforce, promoting diversity, equity and inclusion throughout the organization.
