To be successful in this role as a **"Sales manager in a call center"** environment, you must be ambitious, self-motivated, and intense in order to lead a passionate group of 10 to 12 sales representative agents of an IN-HOUSE call center providing direction, coaching and feedback while maintaining a creative mindset to exceed expectations.

**Job responsibilities**:
- Develop and lead an innovative, fun, and strong environment where the sales team is committed to delivering a first-class customer experience.
- Directing an operations sales team by constantly supervising, developing,



and evaluating their performance to meet and exceed expectations.
- Ensures compliance with established performance standards, assists the team in identifying performance issues, generates solutions for areas of opportunity and drives action plans.
- Ensures processes and SLAs are being met.
- Monitor and assess the quality and effectiveness of training/program, works constantly with the Sales Trainer for improvements that can be made with the training materials accordingly.
- Interprets and understands the reports in order to utilize them to keep the sales and management team updated on performance and areas of improvement.
- Participates in the recruiting and hiring process for new associates.
**Required Qualifications**:
**Education**:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent**.**
**Experience**:
- A minimum of 4 years Sales Operations experience in a corporate environment is required managing at least 12 agents.
- 6 years of sales experience in a call center/contact center environment.
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.




- Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Must adapt positively to changes related to work processes, department structure, environment, and technology.
- Involves simultaneous use of a telephone headset, and PC/keyboard.
- Must be goal oriented, tenacious, and self-starter with a keen sense of urgency.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
**Benefits**:
Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm (No Weekends. No Evenings).
$30,000.00 - $35,000.00 take home per month + Monthly Bonus
Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
