**Senior Project Manager - Marine and Ports**:

Working as a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the execution of projects in electrification and automation within the Marina and Ports industry, leading the project team, establishing the approach and overseeing hand-over,
planning, and monitoring and control activities. In this role, you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by providing excellent service at all stages of the project, as well as guiding, coaching, and developing the skills and knowledge of the project team.
**This position reports to**:
Local/Hub Business Unit Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Defining project plan documents in relation to scope, budget, schedule and risk management.
- Monitoring project implementation to ensure best practices in terms of costs, resource efficiency, risk management and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE).
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, effectively communicating with them and acting as the key contact for the customer.
- Managing the project according to agreed requirements, ensuring that all targets are met, and that relevant guidelines are followed.
- Monitoring and controlling project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, costs, expenses and cash flow.
- Driving the formal acceptance of the project,
contract close-out and acknowledgement by the customer.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor´s degree in Engineering.
- 5+ years experience in project management in electrical and automation industry or infrastructure industry.
- Knowledge of electrical projects.
- Financial management of projects experience.
- Project management certification and/or diploma is a plus.
- Experience in marine and ports projects is a plus.
- Knowledge of SAP and MS Project.
- Management experience in project execution, with strong, well-developed communication, influencing and coaching skills.
- Fluent English.
