About the Role:
We need a creative professional who thrives on storytelling through video, motion design, and graphics. You’ll play a key role in shaping Perficient’s visual identity across social media, marketing campaigns,
sales materials, and internal communications. Your work will help bring our brand to life and captivate our audience.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and produce video content aligned with Perficient’s brand standards.
- Capture and edit video content for explainer videos, promotional materials, company culture highlights, sales enablement, and shareable social media assets.
- Craft engaging videos using a mix of stock and raw footage, motion design, sound design, and music.
- Develop static imagery and motion assets for digital displays and marketing campaigns.
- Create eye-catching social media graphics and animations that drive engagement.
- Stay ahead of trends in design, video, and multimedia to bring fresh, innovative ideas to our content strategy.
- Collaborate closely with creative leaders, marketing leadership, and key stakeholders to develop high-impact campaigns.
- Maintain high creative standards, ensuring all deliverables meet Perficient’s quality expectations.
- A strong creative portfolio & up-to-date reel – Online portfolio required.
- A natural eye for design, showcased in your video and motion graphics projects.
- Excellent communication skills – Ability to collaborate effectively via Outlook, Teams, and Asana.
- Solid project and time management skills – Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- REQUIRED Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Experience with PowerPoint is a plus.
- Basic photography skills are a plus.

- Driven to grow and learn – Passionate about staying on top of industry trends and best practices.
- 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, motion design, video editing, sound design, and color correction.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, Media Encoder).
- Deep understanding of video format
- Deep understanding of video formats, compression standards, aspect ratios, frame rates, and HD post-production workflows.
