This position provides support to the Sales organization on general sales-related matters, business policy, and procedural issues.
May assist in the development of new tools used by the sales organization.




**About the Role**In this opportunity as a **Sales Operations Specialist,** you will:- Act as a sales advisor within the Deal Desk team.- Assist the sales team with structuring complex agreements (Deal structuring).- Evaluate the necessary approvals for proposals to clients and gather these approvals.- Finalize proposals and contracts based on approved terms.- Serve as the point of contact for approvals within the company.- Support the sales team in client meetings and negotiations.- Facilitate intermediate negotiation with legal and the client.- Manage contract signing.
**About You**You're a fit for the role if your background includes:- Bachelor's degree.- At least between 3 to 5 years of experience doing similar activities.- Organization and sense of priority.- Strong communication skills.- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Word and Excel.- Advanced English language proficiency.- Salesforce proficiency.- Ease of use with internal systems/ERP.
