**Your Job**:
As a Production Planner at Molex in Guadalajara, you will be responsible for developing daily or weekly production schedules to meet customer demands efficiently and punctually. Your role is critical in analyzing materials and capacity to ensure seamless production operations, engaging in strategic planning to align with business and customer behaviors, and optimizing production processes for maximum efficiency.

Join the DSS / CS / Templex and Twinax Operations division at Molex, where innovation and collaboration drive our success. You will work closely with a dedicated team of Production Managers, Supervisors, Buyers, Engineers, and other support groups.
Our team is committed to excellence in production planning and delivering high-quality products to meet our customer needs.
**What You Will Do**:
- Develop and optimize production schedules to align with customer deadlines.
- Coordinate production flows across multiple product lines.
- Monitor production outputs and ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to resolve production issues.
- Analyze inventory levels and adjust plans to maintain optimal strategies.
- Engage in Lean projects to drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate production plans and progress through detailed performance reports.
- Support New Product Introductions (NPI) and business developments.
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**:
- Possess a Professional Degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong understanding of ERP and MRP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to perform detailed "What If" analyses.
**What Will Put You Ahead**:
- Experience with SAP and advanced Excel skills.
- APICS certification and strong negotiation skills.
- Background in Cable Manufacturing with high mix/low volume operations.
- Familiarity with automated supply chain tools like Kinaxis and Celonis.
