This role combines technical excellence with strategic leadership to shape the future of our web capabilities.Technical Expertise Requirements:Architecture & Performance: Experience with SPA, SSR, SSG, and PWA development.Testing & Quality Assurance:
Implementation of unit testing (Jest), end-to-end testing (Cypress), and accessibility compliance (WCAG).Modern Web Technologies: Integration of WebAssembly, AI-driven performance optimization, and Edge Computing technologies.Development Workflow: Version control with Git, CI/CD pipeline configuration, and component documentation using Storybook.Key Responsibilities:Technical Leadership: Design, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable web applications.Team Management: Build and lead high-performing web engineering teams across global locations.Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the web technology roadmap aligned with the organization's digital strategy.Required Qualifications:Technical Expertise: Over 12 years of web development experience and over 7 years of leadership experience in engineering teams.Education: Bachelor's degree.Travel Requirements: LATAM & International travel.What We Offer:Compensation: MXN Gross Salary, performance-based bonuses, 1-month Christmas bonus, welcome kit,
