you will assist all drivers with maintaining legal plates on an ongoing basis.A Day in the Life:Facilitate the maintenance of a title through the life of the vehicle: processing buys lease backs, ownership transfers, title corrections, state to state transfers (retitling), corporate name changes and title follow up.Follow Title Management Processing procedures including title management projects where multiple units for one client require processing and collaboration of employee and project team will be necessary to accomplish goals.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in an administrative area or related2-3 years professional experience in office environmentMS Office (Excel – ability to add data to cells, use SUM function, sort data and Word – ability to create documents)Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience communicating with external stakeholdersStrong problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage time, prioritize multiple tasks and focus on detailStrong work ethic and proactive collaboration skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced organization, able to shift to different prioritiesWhat's in it for You
